The Municipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC) is seeking bids from qualified firms (Contractor) to complete the MWDOC Administration Building Breakroom Remodel and Trellis Removal Project. The project work consists of improvements of the MWDOC Administration building including interior tenant improvement work in the breakroom, including associated mechanical, electrical upgrades, as well as removal and disposal of a wooden trellis in the atrium, as specified and shown on the drawings. The owner will occupy the premises during the entire construction period. With the exception, of the areas under construction.
