MWDOC is soliciting bids from qualified landscape designers to provide 2-hour California Friendly landscape design consultations and 2-hour California Friendly landscape maintenance consultations to participants in MWDOC’s Turf Replacement Program. Each consultation will include a customized front yard landscape design or landscape maintenance plan, respectively, for the homeowner. Multiple vendors may be awarded the contract.

The Municipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC) and its member agencies invite your firm to submit a proposal for professional services in the form of a distribution system water loss Technical Assistance Program for MWDOC and its retail water agencies. The Technical Assistance Program is planned for 3 to 5 years beginning January 2021.

The Municipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC) is seeking an established Webpage/Software/Database Developer (Consultant) to adapt our existing Platform or develop a new Water Use Efficiency Program Web Based Participant Rebate Processing and Databasing Platform for MWDOC’s Turf Removal Rebate Program and Spray to Drip Rebate Program.

MWDOC invites firms to submit a proposal to provide professional services for the development and delivery and/or the continuation of the current MWDOC Platform. The selected Consultant shall have demonstrated capabilities and experience in the fields of webpage/software/database development to provide a web-based Platform which includes a multiple entry public-facing online program registration/application portal, and a private-facing MWDOC staff, retail water agency administrative, and third-party inspection vendor portal to enable the program administrator (MWDOC) to track participation, communicate with participants, approve applications through a streamlined user interface, and access all captured data through organize data tables, as well as other fields relevant to this work.

The installation program is titled, “Pressure Regulating Valve Replacement Program (PRVRP or Program). MWDOC is soliciting competitive costs from qualified licensed plumbing contractors to provide PRV replacement services for residential homes in Orange County, California.

MWDOC is seeking professional services in the form of Distribution System Flushing Services to individual retail water agencies throughout Orange County. Up to 30 retail agencies may participate with the firm(s) selected for water Distribution System Flushing Services. The engagement could be limited to a single year or continue for as many as five years depending on the program results and desires of the participating retail agencies.

The Municipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC) is seeking an established Webpage/Software/Database Developer to develop an online Plant Database and Garden Website specific to Orange County, California. The selected vendor shall have demonstrated capabilities and experience in the fields of webpage/software/database development to provide a Plant Website that works seamlessly with MWDOC’s existing websites.
