RFQ for Post-Implementation Support Services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

The Municipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide post-implementation support services for its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) system, hosted in a Microsoft Government Community Cloud (GCC) Moderate environment and going live October 1, 2026. This is not an implementation solicitation — MWDOC’s implementation is complete. MWDOC seeks a support partner to stabilize the system after go-live, build and maintain reporting, train staff and transfer technical knowledge in-house, test product updates before they reach production, and act as a responsive extension of a one-person internal team. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis at fully burdened hourly rates, with optional prepaid blocks of hours. Selection does not guarantee any minimum volume of work.
