Request for Proposals (RFP) for Emergency Fuel Supply Delivery and Support Services

The Municipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC), on behalf of Water Emergency Response Organization of Orange County (WEROC) and participating member agencies, invites qualified companies to submit proposals to provide delivery and purchase of unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel on an emergency, as-needed basis. This contract will support the operational and emergency response needs of water and wastewater agencies across Orange County. MWDOC is looking to enter into agreements with multiple qualified companies.

Please submit all questions regarding this RFP to Angela Crespi, Board Secretary at acrespi@mwdoc.com, no later than Friday, July 24, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. (PST). When applicable, inquiries should reference RFP No. WEROC 2026-001 Emergency Fuel Supply Delivery and Support Services for clarity. This process ensures that all prospective proposers receive consistent, accurate, and timely information. MWDOC and WEROC are committed to supporting an open and transparent procurement process. Responses to written questions will be posted on the District’s website at https://www.mwdoc.com/opportunities/rfps-rfqs/ in accordance with the established schedule, so that all interested firms have equal access to the information necessary to prepare their proposals.
