Request for Proposals: State Government Advocacy Services

The Municipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC) is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals for services to consult, monitor, and lobby to engage MWDOC in developing a strong legislative presence in Sacramento, to assist on regulatory issues, and to represent MWDOC as its liaison with regulatory agencies.
