Ricky on the Road!

Ricky the Rambunctious Raindrop℠ is 50 years young and still making waves across Orange County! Bursting with energy and water wisdom, Ricky loves teaching kids about using water wisely, the water cycle, and more! Want Ricky to visit your school, library, or event? Request an appearance and let the water-saving fun begin!

Ricky was first imagined by an Orange County school teacher and was brought to life as MWDOC’s official mascot in 1974. Since that time, Ricky has been engaging Orange County’s youngest water users in critical lessons about the value of water.
