1. Complete the Rebate
Application.
Complete
the Rebate
Application and mail it, along with the commercial
controller
worksheet and a copy of the most recent water bill
for the
installation
site, to the address provided on the Application.
Do not
purchase
your controller at this time -- funding for your
rebate is not
guaranteed
until you receive your Rebate Confirmation Notice
from the
Program's
rebate administrator.
Please
Note: a Social Security Number or Tax Identification
Number is
required
for participation. To view our Privacy Notice, click
here.
2. Wait to receive your Rebate Confirmation
Notice.
Within
one week of receiving your completed application,
worksheet and
water
bill, our program administrator will reserve your
rebate based on the
number
of valves/zones/stations you indicate are actively
watering your
landscape,
and will then send you a Rebate Confirmation Notice.
This
Confirmation
Notice is your signal to proceed with the purchase
and
installation
of your new controller.
3.
Send in your completed Rebate Confirmation Notice
and
receipt.
After
installing your new controller, complete and return
the Rebate
Confirmation
Notice with the required proof of purchase (receipt)
to the
address
provided on the Rebate Confirmation Notice. This
proof of
purchase
must be an original invoice/receipt (not a photocopy)
showing
make,
model, and cost of the new controller. Any installation
costs must
be shown
as a separate line item. Commercial installation
costs will not be reimbursed.
4. Schedule
an on-site visit.
A program administrator will call
to schedule a mandatory follow-up
site visit by one of our trained customer service
technicians. The purpose of the site visit is to
verify installation, check the controller programming
and irrigation system for problems, and provide
you with additional technical and educational support.
5. Receive your rebate!
Upon
completion of the site visit, the customer service
technician will
contact
the rebate administrator to release your rebate
check. Your
rebate check
should arrive within 16 weeks of the on-site inspection.
