"Smart" Timer Rebate Program: Homeowners Associations

Eligibility Guidelines:

• The new controller installation site must be in Orange County and within a participating water agency's service area. To determine if your retail water agency is participating, click here or call 1-866-846-3725.

 

• The new controller installation site must be a homeowners association, park, commercial building, or other commercial, industrial, or institutional location with a minimum of 1,200 square feet of irrigated landscape.

 

• You must have a working in-ground irrigation system.

 

• The rebate administrator must receive a completed application and commercial controller worksheet, as well as a copy of the installation site's most recent water bill.

• At the time of the mandatory on-site inspection, all valves requested for rebate must be activated.
