Program Description
The goals of this program are to increase water use efficiency within Orange County, reduce runoff leaving the properties, and evaluate the effectiveness of water-saving practices. Your participation in this Program is voluntary and is encouraged by your local retail water provider.
Funding for the Turf Removal Program has been exhausted for this year’s cycle (July 1, 2012 thru June 30, 2013). For updates regarding startup of the next funding cycle (July 1, 2013 thru June 30, 2014), please check back during the months of May and June.
