Current Rebate Level for Residential Installation::

$60* per operating valve

 

For example: A home with 9 active valves will receive a total rebate of $540, which may include up to $200 for installation costs (*Please see restrictions below).

  Commercial Installation

  If you are interested in installing a "smart" irrigation controller at a business or

  homeowners association, please click here to learn about potential water savings and

  the current rebate level.

Current Rebate Level for Commercial Installation:

       $630** per irrigated acre

 

    

*Rebate paid will not exceed the purchase price of the

"smart" controller(s) you select. For residential rebate, installation costs are limited to $200 and must be shown as a separate line item on the receipt/invoice. Total rebate will be the purchase price with installation (if any) or the active valve rebate, whichever is less. 

** Additional rebate funding may be available in some areas, depending upon the contribution by your local water provider.

For commercial rebates, installation costs may be covered. The rebate level will be calculated on a per controller basis, not to exceed the purchase price, tax and any separately shown installation costs. These costs must be verified by a receipt/invoice from the controller manufacturer or installation contractor. The Program will not reimburse for any irrigation hardware or other parts required for installation.
