1. Complete the Rebate Application.
Complete the Rebate Application and mail it, along with a copy of the most recent water bill for the installation site and the original sales/purchase receipt of your new "smart" controller, to the address provided on the Application. Funding is limited and is not guaranteed. Rebates will be processed in the order received.
Please Note: a Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number is required for participation. To view our Privacy Notice, click here.
2. Schedule an on-site visit.
A program administrator will call to schedule a mandatory follow-up site visit by one of our trained customer service technicians. The purpose of the site visit is to verify installation, check the controller programming and irrigation system for problems, and provide you with additional technical and educational support.
3. Complete the on-site inspection.
Once the completed application has been processed, you will be contacted by the Program's installation contractor to schedule an on-site inspection. Your rebate check will be sent only after the site inspection is complete.
At the time of the installation inspection, all valves must be activated and an area measurement by activated valves will be conducted. The rebate will be calculated on this area measurement. Valves and their associated areas that are not activated will not be counted towards the rebate.
Site personnel with authority to sign the inspection worksheet must accompany the site inspector during inspection.
Once the inspector has completed the installation inspection, any further area measurements requested for the site shall be paid for by the site owner.
4. Receive your rebate!
Upon completion of the site visit, the customer service technician will
contact the rebate administrator to release your rebate check. Your
rebate check should arrive within 8-16 weeks of the on-site inspection.
