"Smart" Controller Rebates for Homeowners Associations

How to receive your rebate:*

1. Complete the Rebate Application.

Complete all sections of the Save Water, Save a Buck Rebate Application. As a program participant you must agree to the terms and conditions of the Rebate Program, and sign and date the application.

Please Note: A Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number is required for participation.

2. Mail in the completed Rebate Application, water bill, and

    controller sales receipt.

Once you have completed all sections of the Rebate Application, mail it, along with a copy of the most recent water bill for the installation site and the original sales/purchase receipt for your new controller, to the address provided on the application.

The new controller sales receipt must show make, model, purchase price, and any installation costs. Please retain a copy of your completed application and sales receipt for your records. Applications will be processed in the order received. Funding is limited and is not guaranteed.

3. Complete the on-site inspection.

Once the completed application has been processed, you will be contacted by the Program's installation contractor to schedule an on-site inspection. Your rebate check will be sent only after the site inspection is complete.

At the time of the installation inspection, all valves must be activated and an area measurement by activated valves will be conducted. The rebate will be calculated on this area measurement. Valves and their associated areas that are not activated will not be counted towards the rebate.

Site personnel with authority to sign the inspection worksheet must accompany the site inspector during inspection.

Once the inspector has completed the installation inspection, any further area measurements requested for the site shall be paid for by the site owner.

4. Receive your rebate!

Your commercial "smart" controller rebate should arrive within 16 weeks. The Save Water, Save a Buck Program reserves the right to verify and/or inspect all rebated items. If an on-site installation verification is performed, it may include an area measurement of your property.
