- To be eligible for rebate, your new "smart" controller must be listed on the "Makes and Models List" of rebate-eligible controllers.
- The installation site must have a working in-ground irrigation system that is run by a working timer/controller.
- The rebate administrator must receive a completed application with completed controller worksheet, and a copy of the installation site's most recent water bill.
*Please Note: a Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number is required for participation. The IRS requires Rebate Program participants receiving $600 or more in rebates to be issued an IRS Form 1099.
- Rebates are available on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible participants while funding lasts.
- At the time of the mandatory on-site inspection, all valves will be counted and an area measurement by activated valve will be conducted. (This is the basis for the rebate calculation.)
- Any valves that do not activate and its associated acreage will not be counted in the rebate calculation. Any requests to re-measure the irrigated area to increase the rebate shall be paid by the site owner.
